Task
We were asked to redesign four rooms in the house we had worked on previously. The Master bathroom went through significant water damage, kids grew up from their nurseries, and the family room required some updating. We received a separate task from the client’s daughter, as she had a clear view on how her room should look – airy and light with calming colours. We kept other rooms within the colour scheme we previously implemented in the house.
The client requested to change the floor finish in the family room, repaint the room and fill the room with additional pieces to make it feel cozier. In the master bathroom he wished to replace the bath to a freestanding bathtub and change the tiles to compliment with the existing finishes.
The Master bedroom required redecoration with new wallpapers, headboards and table lamps.

Solution
For this scope we made a clear plan to finish the refurbishment whilst the family was away for summer. We replaced the carpet with a wooden floor, added some artworks, replaced the coffee table and added side tables to the family room.
We completely redesigned the girl’s room according to her requirements. We chose to use very delicate graphic patterns on the walls to bring life to the all white room and added some pink accents on the shelves and above the bed, creating a collage out of the girl’s favorite images.
We decided to keep the Master bathroom cream and a charcoal contrast as well as the existing sanitary ware. However we had to replace tiles on the floor and walls around the bath and install a new free standing bath. We also replaced two artworks in the bathroom. We turned the bathroom from homey and eclectic to sophisticated and grown up.
